Modeling inactivation of pathogens in dairy manure using anaerobic and aerobic reactors

This lab scale research involves studying E. coli, Salmonella, and Listeria monocytogens inactivation in dairy manure using batch reactors to develop inactivation model for estimating pathogen inactivation in aerobic and anaerobic digesters.
